The Samsung Galaxy A3 core comes in as one of those smartphones, that shows how far Samsung has gone in manufacturing low budget smartphones. It bears features that be recorded as the core for communication. What’s more, the Galaxy A3 core can be regarded as a rebranded Samsung Galaxy A01 core, with lesser storage and RAM variants. More on that later.

Design and Display
The Samsung Galaxy A3 Core’s design is basically a replica of what we have on the Galaxy A01 core. The resemblance in the design on both smartphones is uncanny. It’s going to take a lot of scrutinies to tell the difference.
This design profile is one of, if not the most subtle design on Samsung smartphones. It is void of the fancy aesthetics features we have become accustomed to seeing on Samsung smartphones.
On the rear, you will find a setup, bearing a camera and an LED flash arranged together vertically, while beneath it, you will find the Samsung branding, which indicates the OEM.
Moving on the front, you will find a 5.3-inch TFT LCD display, guarded on the top and bottom, by generous amounts of bezels. This display has a resolution of 720 x 1480.
The build property here is dominated by plastic. We have got plastic on the rear, plastic on the frame, and glass upfront.
Enthusiasts who decide to purchase the Samsung Galaxy A3 core will have three color options and they include Red, Blue, and Green.
Looking for top-notch cameras? Then you have to look far off. It’s all about core basic stuff. In a similar fashion to the Galaxy A01 core, the Samsung Galaxy A3 core strips down the camera hardware to the basics.
The camera department bears a single 8MP camera on the rear with an aperture of f/2.2 and a single camera upfront with an aperture of f/2.4.
There isn’t any crazy video recording mode or high-end zoom. However, according to Samsung’s website, you can shoot 1080p videos @ 30fps using the Samsung Galaxy A3 Core.
Hardware and Software
Remember the last time you saw a quad-core smartphone? I guess it must have been a plethora of years back. Well, the Samsung Galaxy A3 core and its sibling the A01 core resurrects that processor.
Samsung didn’t really give many details on the exact processor that was used here, but we know it’s a quad-core processor, clocked at 1.5GHz.
Also on board for performance, is 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, with an option for storage expansion up to 512GB.
Combining the pieces together shows that performance-wise shows that this smartphone won’t perform well at high-mid tasks. Its best suited for light tasks like texting, calls, e.t.c
Samsung also didn’t indicate the exact operating system featured on the Samsung Galaxy A3 core, but we do know it’s based on Android.
The Samsung Galaxy A3 core features a 3.5mm headphone jack, a micro-USB port wifi, and Bluetooth 5.0.
Internet connectivity is capped at 4G which is due to the absence of 5G support. This means enthusiast won’t be able to utilize 5G for downloads, uploads, and streaming.
